Zyntera Privacy Notice (Alpha Prototype)

This notice explains how we handle your information while Zyntera is in its early Alpha stage.

1. Who we are

Zyntera is an early-stage education platform being developed to support students, tutors, and teachers with maths practice and mastery. At this Alpha stage, the platform is being developed and tested on a small scale.

2. What data we collect in Alpha

Right now, we only collect a small amount of information:

  • your email address
  • the role you select (student, parent, tutor, teacher)

As the platform grows, we may collect additional information (such as basic usage data) to help improve the product. If we do this, we will update this notice.

3. How we use this information

We use your information to:

  • record your interest in Zyntera,
  • understand which groups are most interested (e.g. tutors vs students),
  • contact you about early access, pilots, or important updates related to Zyntera.

4. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, our cloud database partner. Access is restricted to authorised Zyntera administrators.

5. Who can access your information

Only the founder(s) and authorised administrators of Zyntera can access your information. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. How long we keep your data

We will keep your information during the Alpha and early-access stages and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

7. Your rights

You can contact us at any time to:

  • ask what information we hold about you,
  • correct or update your details, or
  • ask us to delete your information.

If you have any questions about this notice, you can reply directly to any email we send you as part of the early access process, and we will be able to respond from there.
