Zyntera Privacy Notice (Alpha Prototype)

This notice explains how we handle your information while Zyntera is in its early Alpha stage.

1. Who we are

  • basic account and authentication data required to sign in securely
  • basic usage data, such as lesson progress or mastery information

As the platform develops, we may collect additional limited information to help improve the product. If we do this, we will update this notice.

3. How we use this information

We use your information to:

  • create and manage your Zyntera account
  • allow you to sign in and use the platform

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, our cloud database and authentication provider. Access is restricted to authorised Zyntera administrators.

5. Who can access your information

Only the founder(s) and authorised administrators of Zyntera can access your information. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your information while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

You can contact us at any time to:

  • ask what information we hold about you
  • correct or update your details
  • ask us to delete your information

If you have any questions about this notice, you can reply directly to any email we send you or contact us via the platform, and we will be able to respond from there.
